2. Roofing Services, Estimates, and Contracts

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden water damage, structural defects, code-required upgrades) are discovered.

  • All contracts exceeding $2,500 will comply with Florida’s Home Solicitation Sales Act and lien law requirements.

  • No work will begin until a written agreement is signed and applicable deposits are paid.

3. Prohibited Activity

You may not:

  • Use bots, malware, or harmful code to interfere with the Website.

  • Circumvent security controls.

  • Post or transmit advertisements without written approval.

  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent information.

  • Reverse engineer or copy Website content for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All Website content (logos, text, graphics, photos, designs, and service descriptions) are the property of KFR Construction Solutions. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins, consistent with Florida Statute §489.126.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

  • Under Florida Construction Lien Law (Chapter 713, F.S.), unpaid contractors or suppliers may have lien rights against your property. You will receive a “Notice to Owner” when applicable.

9. Permits and Code Compliance

  • We will secure necessary permits and inspections as required by City of Tallahassee and Leon County.

  • All work will comply with the Florida Building Code.

  • Customer agrees to provide property access for required inspections.

10. Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials subject to their terms.

  • KFR Construction Solutions provides a limited workmanship warranty (details vary by project and will be included in your contract).

  • Warranties are void if alterations or repairs are made by others without our written approval.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

15. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

  • Any disputes between you and us will be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • Arbitration will take place in Leon County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed.

  • You waive the right to bring claims as part of a class action.

  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by providing written notice.

  • Certain disputes (e.g., intellectual property claims, small claims court actions) are excluded from arbitration.

16. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.

  • Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
